“The quality of our life is directly equivalent to the quality of our thoughts”
Our thoughts are formed through various influences and the external environment we are in, our thoughts are formed by our subconscious mind picking up information through what we watch, read, listen, and people we surround ourselves with.
When I say external environment I refer to news, media, movies, television and anything that is external of our physical body.
In order to change our thoughts, we must learn mindfulness and witnessing ourselves and cultivating daily awareness of ourselves.
