Benefits of Cold Showers + Semen Retention (After Practicing for 3+ Years)

Welcome back to another Blog post, my name is Saif and I help people expand their Self-Awareness.

In this blog post, I am going to share with you the benefits of Cold showers combined with Semen Retention.

These benefits have been personally experienced by me through practice and repetition over a period of 3 years.

1. Increased willpower: Taking a cold shower has helped me increase my willingness to improve my life and as it has given me more clarity of mind and it has reduced confusion and Brain Fog that is caused by so many distractions and unnecessary mental stimuli that comes from our environment. This has helped me to block out and eliminate things that don’t help in following my life vision and dreams.

2. Mental resilience and courage: Cold showers has given me more mental and emotional resilience to overcome challenges of life and inspired me to have a discipline every day to face discomfort by facing the cold and being uncomfortable first thing in the morning. This directly influences other areas of life as to create that mental toughness and be courageous to face adversities of life with a strong mental attitude and a right mind-set.

3. Self-Control: Cold showers helps lower the body temperature and the heat of sexual energy. Sexual energy is like a fire in belly that wants to be expressed. Now if we are using this sacred energy in a healthy way by transmuting it and diverting it in to areas where we want to achieve success. May the areas be to earn more money, live better lifestyle, attract better relationships? We are the one in control of our life.

Cold showers combined with Semen Retention has really helped me to achieve more control over my life by removing bad habits and Self-sabotage.

4. Health benefits: Cold Showers also reduces cortisol levels in the body which is a stress hormone and helps you cope with general anxiety and stress. Hair and nails grow faster and to some extent you can also stop premature aging. Cold showers helps clear up the skin, it can also help Muscle recover from workouts and achieve fitness goals both physically and mentally.
