Conscious Walking

Often at times when I find myself lonely, upset or depressed and too much in my head and overthinking things and making my life complicated which it doesn’t have to be I go for daily walks, especially if there is nature around you it’s great.

walk barefoot on the grass that will change your mental state and bring you back to the present moment and make you realize about the simplicity of life and how simple things can bring you so much joy and happiness nature has its own energy and vibration that will change your mental state, and it quite normal to face adversities of life and go through tough times as I went through depression, loneliness, anxiety and stressful situations.

I learned from my Dad how to remove yourself from the situations and walk away to keep maintaining the peace of mind and feel relaxed as much as possible. When he came back after a walk he would be more loving towards my mom who would previously be very angry and irritated.
