How to deal with negative emotions while manifesting a positive life. (3 Hacks)

Any time we find ourselves feeling negative emotions, we are basically not in alignment with our true self or in other words our inner being.

Our natural state of being is feeling joy, being at peace and bliss. When we find ourselves in a negative state of being, we are literally working against ourselves. the negative emotions are generated from our thoughts and how we feel.

This is not to say that its wrong to feel negative, we are human and that also adds that we are emotional beings that’s what makes us human in the first place.

So if we find ourselves constantly manifesting negative circumstances, and we know our thoughts do create our reality, it is important that we stay balanced and not feed negative emotions by mismanaging it.

In society when we are growing up we are heavily programmed and socially conditioned to suppress our emotions and not fully expressing it, whether it may be anger, sadness or any perceived negative emotions. These suppressed emotions are often creating unconscious behaviours and patterns which lead to the manifestation of unpleasant experiences

We are not taught how to manage our emotions in school or given a manual of any kind, so when we grow up, all the suppressed emotions come up and we don’t know what to do with that. Due to this reason, we keep manifesting unpleasant circumstances in our life. This is because how you feel creates your state of being and your state of being is creating your reality.

Notice when you are happy, it’s so easy to notice all the good things that are in your life, now when you find yourself in a negative state of being, you see all that is wrong or not right in your life.

Mindset is really a key to understanding our emotions and being a deliberate creator of our life and the experiences.
Here are the three hacks I use to make sure I am consciously creating a positive state of being and keeping my emotions in check

  1. Distract yourself: This is one of the short term solution for distracting yourself from the negative emotions. Distracting yourself doesn’t mean neglecting Your negative emotions.
So the key is to get yourself busy doing things that shift your mood and do the things that you love doing. This helps shift the focus from negative emotions to positive emotions achieved by doing things that bring you joy and happiness.
  2. Allow and be with it integrate: Secondly, Allow the negative emotion to be there and be present with it. the idea is to stop resisting the negative emotion because what you resist persists as you are creating resistance around it. Simply stop resisting it and let it integrate within yourself and go to the root of where it is coming from. Allow the emotion to be there and feel it without creating a label or judging yourself. this will heal those negative emotions
  3. Let it go: Letting Go is One of the most powerful ways to release the negative emotion to be released from your system, we often hold on to emotions and thoughts that we know are not serving us for our highest good. The key is to let them go anyways. why hold on to dense emotions.

Ask yourself, whether I can be with that emotion and integrate within myself, if not then just let it go. it’s very simple yet very challenging at the time when we are faced with that situation

I hope you guys found some value in this post, feel free to give me your feedback.

Other than that, peace, much love.
